These terms apply to your use of shopofferscart.com and to every order placed with Shop Offers Cart, 13201 SW 83rd Ct, Miami, FL 33156, USA. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Using the website
Please use our website lawfully and for personal shopping. Don't interfere with its operation, try to access other people's information or copy content with automated tools.
2. Product information
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, though colours vary between screens and manufacturers may update packaging or specifications. Use supplements and personal care products as directed on the label, and consult a doctor if you're unsure whether a product is right for you.
3. Prices and sales tax
Prices are in US dollars. Florida sales tax of 7% (Florida 6% and Miami-Dade County surtax 1%) is applied to taxable items and shown in your cart before you pay, together with shipping. Gift cards, grocery food, dietary supplements and qualifying medicinal products are not taxed; soft drinks, juice drinks, personal care items and pet food are taxable under Florida law. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before fulfilling your order so you can proceed at the correct price or cancel.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship it or deliver a digital code. We may cancel an order because of availability, a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Cash on delivery is available on orders under $250 with a $3.00 handling fee.
6. Promo codes
One promo code may be used per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be applied to past orders and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
7. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping costs $6.95 and is free on orders over $50 after discounts; express shipping costs $16.95. Delivery times are estimates. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.
8. Gift cards, software and food
eGift cards are delivered by email and are subject to the issuer's terms. They can't be returned or exchanged once delivered, except where required by law. Software subscriptions follow the publisher's terms, including any automatic renewal. Food and beverages are final sale; frozen and chilled items are packed in insulated packaging and should be refrigerated or frozen as soon as they arrive.
9. Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to Shop Offers Cart or its licensors. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
